Phone Interview

At this stage, the hiring manager checks the candidate's initial suitability for the position. Additionally, the candidate receives more detailed information about the position and the company

Interview Technical

During this phase, the interviewer focuses mainly on the candidate's work experience to determine the candidate's technical abilities

Hands On Assignment

A technical task is given to candidates to demonstrate their abilities. At this stage, the hiring manager assesses the candidate's technical skills

On Site Interview

As part of this process, the candidate comes to our company's offices in order to get to know the company and the team he will work with. This stage of the interview process includes a HR interview, a CTO interview, and a CEO interview

Reference Check

As a next step, we will be conducting telephone interviews with two of the recommenders

Offer

An offer is given to the candidate at this stage. The candidate is expected to reply to the offer within 48 hours of receiving it
