We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with deep technological recruiting experience, to lead our rapidly growing company. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for E2E recruitment processes, from a full partnership with hiring managers, through sourcing and attracting talents, up to creating a unique candidate experience. Reporting to Levl’s HRBP.
★ Drive Levl’s end-to-end recruitment process across a multitude of functions in the company.
★ Build innovative programs to attract candidates through a variety of channels.
★ Experience meeting candidates and assessing their skills, ability, and fit.
★ Analyze recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations to improve the company’s recruiting process.
★ Engage and educate managers to implement best recruitment practices.
★ Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preference.
★ Manage the full recruitment life-cycle- from job postings and recruitment emails, CV screening, sourcing, crafting profiles, and phone interviewing to in-depth behavioral interviews and coordinating tech interviews.
★ Proactively focus on direct sourcing using all the platforms (Linkedin, GitHub, Stack Overflow), referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline with qualified candidates.
★ Conduct effective, data-driven recruiting processes while utilizing our ATS (Comeet) by using metrics to support smart decision-making.
★ Determine HR and recruiting KPI’s.
★ Create and present KPI reports.
★ 3+ years of proven experience recruiting in-house, preferably in a start-up company (Tech-oriented company).
★ Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases, Boolean searches, and social media platforms.
★ Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
★ Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
★ Outstanding customer focus to create candidate and stakeholder experience, ability to build and maintain relationships.
★ Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
★ Stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, and practices.
★ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
★ Strong decision-making skills, high energy, and passion.
★ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew-must!
★ B.A in Social Science / Behavioral Science or equivalent
★ Technological unit graduated
