Such an assistant will be involved in all the aspects of- Walfear, operations, HR admin, and more as part of the HR department.
Responsibilities & Scope of Role
- Part-time Job- 50%
- Providing administrative assistance to the executive level management (PA)
- Addressing all administrative and reception needs of the company
- Phone & frontal service
- Management and responsibility of all the Office supplies, food & cleaning.
- Supporting HR department.
- Assisting with onboarding of new employees
- Collaboration and full synchronization with the company needed services
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in administration (preferably in a high-tech company)
- First degree – advantage
- Office-Excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English both speaking and writing-Must!
- Strong work ethic and determination to take ownership across wide-ranging responsibilities
- Integrity and discretion while handling confidential information
- Passion and energy to handle complex multitasking with grace and adaptability
- Attention to details, highly organized and the ability to learn quickly
