We are looking for an algorithm developer to research, design and develop algorithms, aimed at building LEVL’s Device Intelligence product.
You will work with network data and research various network and wireless protocols aimed at extracting specific features for typing and identification of devices.
You will propose new features and algorithmic changes with rigorous reasoning behind them and present in depth analysis to stakeholders.
You will evaluate the overall system performance and compare variations of decision algorithms that combine all the sub-models of the system.
You will work with large scale data from deployed systems in order to solve real life scenarios the LEVL system encounters.
What do you bring:
Three years of experience as a algorithm developer
BSc in an analytical field (CS, ECE, Stats, Math, or related fields) from a well known university
Theoretical background in classic Machine Learning / Statistics
Experience with network data research, including physical layer of wireless communication protocols
Proficient in Python and common Python libraries, such as numpy, pandas and matplotlib.
Proficient in SQL.
Proficient with tabular data
Will to get into details, be rigorous and able to explain reasoning behind decisions.
Fundamentals in problem solving, algorithm design, and model building, including statistical analysis.
Independent, fast learner
Bonus Points:
MSc in an analytical field (CS, ECE, Stats, Math, or related fields) from a well known university – advantage
Background in signal processing – advantage
Background in WiFi standards – advantage
Proficient in using Wireshark and/or packet processing tools – advantage
